Japanese Honeymoon Wishing Well

We ask for nothing more than your company on our wedding day, however if you wish to honour us with a gift, we would be very grateful for any contribution towards our honeymoon in Japan. We plan to begin our honeymoon in Tokyo, Japan on the 27th of March and explore this country of ‘unknown wonders’ for 2 and half weeks. Please see our itinerary below: Tokyo: Sushi trains, karaoke, gadgets, temples and cat cafés. We’ll be exploring the Sensoji Temple, dance under its giant red lantern and wander along nearby 500-year-old Nakamise Street selling mochi (sticky rice cakes) and geta (wooden shoes). Also, we’ll be people watching and eating our way through Shinjuku and Harajuku. We’ll be visiting the happiest place on earth: Tokyo Disneyland too followed by a visit to the Robot Restaurant – it’s legit. Osaka: Next we will relish in Osaka and take on the traditional Japanese pastime of Karaoke. Osaka is Japan’s third-largest city and unofficial culinary capital, where the motto is ‘Kuidaore’ (‘eat until you drop’). This is where some of Japan’s best street food is on offer. There are sprawling shopping hubs and tiny backstreets overflowing with restaurants and bars, serving up local delicacies as well as Japan’s answer to fast food. We’ll embark on a delicious street food tour to sample some of the best morsels that Osaka has to offer.
