Katherine & Brett — Gift Registry

Welcome to our wedding registry.
For those who have expressed an interest, we have put something small together to give options to those who wish to bless us with a gift, in the form of a traditional pressie, or in helping us celebrate part of our Honeymoon in Malaysia through various experiences. We have also included a virtual wishing well for those who would prefer this option.
So, how does it work? Given we have guests traveling near and far to attend (and we will need to find a way to get any gifts we receive back to Australia), this site enables guests to ‘pledge’ any amount toward any gift or experience on the list, or the wishing well. Guests can do this directly to our nominated bank account or via PayPal, and that’s it! As you go through the contribution process, you will be asked for a Gift Registry Security PIN (which we included in our wedding website), to reveal our bank account or PayPal details. Any questions or issues, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We can then use that amount toward the stated gifts on the registry, and have them sent directly to our address in Australia or use towards experiences and charities listed. No wandering around shops, no lugging stuff around. Easy peasy!
Our deepest thanks to you all and we look forward to celebrating with you! We truly appreciate it.
Wishing well - your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but if you wish to, we would be grateful for a small cash donation towards our honeymoon or our home, in lieu of a traditional gift.
Kiva helps people achieve their goals through small loans. Brett has done this for some time, reinvesting repayments back into Kiva for other loans. This helped fishermen in the Philippines build/fix boats for their livelihood, others to start businesses, and families to purchase water purifiers for clean water.
Kaibigan is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation devoted to the care and welfare of children in poor areas of Manila. Kathy's parents have been involved in this for many years, supporting children to complete their schooling.
