Baby Bath Items
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, cradle cap cream etc. Either Gaia or MooGoo are the brands I like for babies - they're also cheaper at Chemist Warehouse. Being a consumable item, I figured the more I stock up on now - the less I have to buy later

Room Temperature Monitor
I like the Tomes Tipee Grow Egg - because you can see at a glance if the room is a comfortable temperature for bub

Snotty Boss
This one is a bit more expensive, but I'll be doing a baby bunting trip - so any amount of a gift card works too! (Snot is gross, the manual snot suckers are enough to make me gag...this is the lesser of the necessary evils)

Baby Bath (to be high maintenance - one that fits in a stand ... and the matching stand - but can be two gifts!)
I need a baby bath - but I also am high maintenance and don't like bending .. so I would like to get one that fits on a stand .... bonus is someone else can get the stand, or, I can buy the stand myself later (and then I only need to get one of the two things 😊) The bath I linked has a stand available, a plug hole, and good reviews

Bath Tub Stand
If someone gets the bath tub above - this is the matching stand ... although it is leaning on the expensive side.

Infacol / gripe water
Just in case - it seems like something good to have on hand, cause if a baby is going to have colic, it probably won't be considerate enough to have it when a chemist is open

Sudo Cream / nappy rash powers
Apparently I'll basically need to but stocks in the company that make sudo cream, so the big tub if Possible (cheapest at Chemist Warehouse)

Baby wipes (sensitive skin / water wipes)
Another one of those things I'll need to stock up on ... I've got sensitive skin myself, so I'm assuming any child of mine will also be high maintenance - so I was planning on just going for the sensitive wipes to be safe

Car travel mirror thingie
So I can watch bub in my rear view mirror while we're driving, I've seen them, I just don't know what they're called 😅

Gift Card - Baby Bunting
I decided to pick a stupidly expensive pram (basically copying Jem, since it's easy to drive and works for tall people) so any amount of a gift card to Baby Bunting; which is where I'll be getting the pram from (along with a couple of other things that I'm sure I'll only realise I've forgotten about once bub gets here) - so if you can't find anything/don't feel like shopping but still want to get a gift, the gift card option is always there, and any amount is appreciated.

Car window Snap Shades - Kia Sportage 2022
This is excessive and not vital - it's something I intend on getting regardless so no pressure (rear windows is all that's necessary) The snap shade brand fit the car and still let us use the windows.

Whatever you'd like - no pressure from me!
Honestly, anything that people think is important or cute or whatever you'd like to buy - everything is appreciated, and nothing is expected. I'm sure there is things out there that I don't even know I need until I get it ... or until bub decides she needs it. I'm also certain that those with babies already have a MUCH better idea on what we will need.

High Chair
There is a lot of options out there - I have linked the steel craft one because it meets all the "requirements" according to the 'online experts' *BUT* it's currently on sale for $129 .. it is certainly not on the list if the sale is over and its back to being $180! If the sale is over, and you still don't mind splurging on a high chair - then something with the right support, proper saftey harness, adjustable foot rest, removable food tray (for easy cleaning - kids are messy) as I said - I don't think $180 is a reasonable amount to spend on a high chair, so if it's not on sale, a decent quality one that meets the proper safety guidelines that's not too expensive is great.

Messy Mat
While I was looking at the high chair options I came across the mat to go underneath, for $15 it is a good idea! And when bub no longer needs a high chair, it can be used under the arts and craft table

"Don't touch me" sign for the pram
I've seen a few people with them around town and it looks like a good idea ... apparently the public think it's okay to touch babies, so it may stop me getting into an argument later 🤷♀️
