Pamper the Pregnant lady
I have made a commitment to myself to nurture and nourish ahead of baby’s arrival and this commitment has opened me up to really allow myself to receive and to recognize when I am not fully prepared to. I have started gifting myself MUCH needed healing sessions with my Doula, Craniosacral body worker and other amazing beings with incredible offerings during this time.
